As part of his heat loss and moisture problem diagnoses Richard uses thermal imaging technology which allow him to investigate problems which in the past would have required compromising the decor and structure of a building.
Borescope
Even if a visual diagnosis is required, a borescope can often be used to avoid damaging the structure and decor of a house more than is absolutely necessary.
